The Rifugio has a very cosy Bar (with a dehors on the terrace overlooking the valley), where a variety of sliced cured meats and local cheeses are served with chutneys. Or else you can enjoy a good ice-cream or sip a creamy fruit milk-shake. At the bar you can also try a fine selection of ‘grappas’ and liqueurs, or simply a good Italian coffee.
The chef offers a wide list of dishes of all kinds, with a clear privilege granted to the local cuisine, in particular the indispensable taragna. To find out the menu of the day, call us!
 
The Bar and the Restaurant are open every day from the beginning of June to the end of September, for two weeks at Christmas, at Easter, at Carnival and at every weekend. Even if we are closed, we will open on request.
